We have a fully furnished daylight basement with private bedroom, bath and large living space only 10 minutes from the Univ. Medical Center. The house is centrally located in upper Millcreek with easy freeway access. It is close to shopping, dining and outdoor recreation. It has a queen size bed, coffee maker, microwave and a mini fridge but the upstairs kitchen is yours to share with us too! You park in the garage which provides a direct entry to your living space. There’s plenty of room for outdoor equipment, skis, bike etc. We are an active retired couple and are gone 5-6 months each year. Plus there is a sofa bed and twin bed for your visitors. Utilities and Wi-Fi are included. No pets, no children, no smoking. $1500 a month, 3 month minimum. Rates for shorter term stays are negotiable based on length of stay. Unit available May 1, 2024 .
