I am looking for a roommate to take the primary bedroom in a duplex that is located near 1700 south and Foothill drive. It is a three bedroom unit with two small bedrooms on the upper floor and the primary bedroom on the lower floor along with a large, private bathroom. The new renter would have the entire bottom floor to themselves. The unit has a nice kitchen and shared spaces with lots of windows, light, and mountain views. It has a very nice back deck that is shaded and pleasant. The neighborhood is nice and it is close to the university and Parleys Canyon.
