I have been selling real estate in Utah since 2002 through the best and the worst markets in recent history. I understand the stresses of buying and selling homes as I have personally owned 27 homes. I have experience with real estate sales, buyer representation, property management, corporate relocations and investment real estate. I also have thorough knowledge of property valuations as I have also worked as a real estate valuation analyst, valuing thousands of residential properties nationally.
