Absolutely NO businesses may operate from the address (as in you own a business and register it the property address).
Work from home is catered to with 2 office spaces and GoogleFi.

End of lease deep professional cleaning fee: $500, non-refundable – the property & mattresses are professionally deep cleaned before your arrival
No non-occupant guarantors
Must be US citizen or hold a verifiable US VISA allowing the tenant to live and work in the US for the term of the lease
No felons or individuals with criminal records (minor traffic infringements exempt)
No smoking or vaping allowed
Seasonal lawn and garden care is provided by the Owner.
Renter is responsible for utilities, owner supplements water bill in summer.
Snow, ice, and leaf removal is the responsibility of the Renter.
No groups of students due to previous poor experiences by neighbors with unruly students occupying homes in the area and causing significant noise disruption and damage to properties.

Please note the Owner is an Adjunct Uni Lecturer and is presently overseas in Australia. She is returning to SLC to handle the rental in person 1 October. She has a strong local maintenance team established to deliver excellent property management under her direction and a great relationship with neighbors.
