This is situated very close to everything! Its just 1 minute north of the 80 freeway. This is at the 215/80 freeway interchange. It is 25 minute to Solitude and Snowbird, just a few minutes longer to Brighton or Alta. Park City is 25-30. It takes 7 minutes to get to University of Utah Hospital. It is located on a street that has major priority of plowing during the winter, usually one of the first in all of Salt Lake City.
