6- or 12-month lease with availability starting May 1st.

Deposit is equal to the first month's rent, paid upfront and 100% refundable, assuming no damage.

The chosen applicant will also be required to show proof of renter's insurance within 1 month of the move-in date.

Utilities are included and cover gas, electricity, water, internet, sewer, and trash.
