This property comes fully furnished. If you would prefer the property to be only partially furnished or not furnished at all, we can discuss. We do require a minimum of a one-year lease agreement. A maximum of 6 people may reside in the home (additional children on a case-by-case basis). Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis. Monthly rent is $5,500 which can be paid via cash, check or Venmo each month. Initial deposit is$ 5,500 ($4,500 of which is refundable).
